TIANJIN KAICHUANDA METAL PRODUCT CO., LTD is a professional manufacture of Steel/Iron Wire which is located in Jinghai District,Tianjin,China .
The first Factory was founded in 1983 in Zhang zhuang zi Village, mainly on the Drawing Wire, covering an area of 15000M2, with 30 water tank wire drawing machine and 8 Big wire drawing machines, the drawing capability could meet 35000Ton per Year.
With the development of reform and opening up in China, we continued to deepen the Steel/Iron Wire industry and expanded different wire product. In 1995, expanded the new products of Copper Coated wire (round and flat) widely used in the producing of the Carton Sealer Nails, the independent factory is next to the drawing wire factory in Zhang Zhuang Zi village covering the area of 15000M2, with 2 copper coated line and 50 sets flat machine. And founded the Galvanized producing line in Jinghai Galvanized Industry Park covering the area of 22000M2, 4 galvanized line in Total ,with output of 27000 Ton Galvanized Iron Wire per Year which is widely used in different area including Cable、Communication Industry, Agriculture、 Forestry、 Animal Husbandry, Garden Binding wire 、 Fence Wire 、Mesh and other Industrial Area.
After 2000, along with the fast development of Fastener, Our Company and Jiangsu Standard Piece Drawing Co., Ltd co-invest and develop the producing of the Advanced Steel Wire produce such as :Carbon Steel Spheroidized Wire , Alloy Steel Spheroidized wire and so on .Our producing capacity can reach 30000Ton per year. The product is widely used in making Auto、Aerospace、ship Fasteners , Precisional Electronic screws ,High strength Bolts and Nuts .
